THOMMO.AI
About

Smart tech. Straight answers.

Most business owners don’t need another dashboard. They need someone who can have a proper look, work out what’s helping and what’s getting in the way, and tell them what to do next.

01 / The reason

Why does Thommo.ai exist?

Because search is changing. People are increasingly asking an AI tool the question instead of scrolling through results, and the AI answers using whatever it can actually read and trust on a business’s site.

A small business shouldn’t have to become an AEO expert to keep up with that shift. The technology that reads and scores a site sits behind the scenes. What the business owner gets is a practical, plain-English answer: what’s working, what’s letting the site down, and what’s worth sorting first.

02 / How it works

AI is the tool, not the sales pitch

I use AI, automation and proper technical checks behind the scenes because they’re useful. You don’t need to care how clever the tooling is. You need to know what’s working, what’s not, and what I’d do about it.

What does Thommo actually do?

Runs a proper technical and content check on your website, works out what’s actually stopping AI tools and search from understanding it, and tells you straight what’s worth fixing. If you want it fixed, SORTED does the work.

Where does AI fit into this?

AI does the reading. It runs the checks and processes what's on your site quickly and consistently. The judgement calls, deciding what actually matters and what's worth your time, aren't something you hand to a model. That part's mine.

Why not just use an SEO agency?

Because most SEO agencies are still optimising for a results page that increasingly isn't where the answer comes from. This is a narrower, more direct job: get your site structured and worded so AI tools can understand and trust it, explained in plain English, not folded into a retainer full of reporting decks.

What kind of business is this for?

Trade and service businesses that want their site to actually do its job: electricians, plumbers, HVAC, builders and other owner-operated trades around the Gold Coast and South East Queensland. If you're phone-first and time-poor, this is built for you, not for a marketing team.

03 / Method

Same four steps, every time

01

Have a look

Fetch the site the way search and AI tools actually see it, not how it looks to a person scrolling through on a phone. That means the raw markup, the structured data and the actual text on the page, not just how polished the design looks.

02

Work out what matters

Every site has a dozen small issues. Run the checks, score what's found, and work out which ones are actually costing you customers versus which ones are cosmetic and can wait.

03

Explain it properly

Translate the technical finding into plain English: what it means for your business, not just what the acronym stands for. Then give you the call: good, or worth sorting.

04

Sort the right things first

If it's worth fixing, SORTED does the six steps in the order that actually moves the needle, not the order that's easiest to bill. Structure and trust signals first, ongoing diagnostics last, because that's the order that reflects how long each part actually takes to matter.
